"As you may recall, our most recent festival in 2009 occurred during a period of international conflict, as Israel engaged in military operations in Gaza. Given the heightened political tension and the nature, and profile of our film festival, a number of law enforcement agencies provided enhanced security for the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival to ensure the safety of our patrons. Particularly outstanding were the efforts of Lt. Charles Rambo, who personally supervised security at the Regal Cinema Atlantic Station with utmost care, expertise, and attention to detail ....The presence and professionalism of Lt. Rambo and his team was deeply appreciated by both theAtlanta Jewish Film Festival and our audiences, and no doubt discouraged any potential disruption or danger on connection with our event." .
